This was a very interesting shoot...

I was contacted through my website about shooting a newly developed hospital (or rehab center) in San Antonio. The client, however, was based out of Georgia. I get quite a few inquires like this, but not many pan out. Luckily, this one did.

I never actually met the client in person or through video, but everything was handled smoothly through email and phone calls. It was a four party license in which the general contractor, architect, previous owner, and brand new owner all wanted to use the images.

The problem with a client out of state (and in construction) is no one knows when the project will actually be "shoot ready." On the proposed day, it was pretty chaotic. Not much was ready and the current tenants were still moving in. This isn't all too uncommon in the architecture photography industry, so you just have to power through.

This wasn't the "sexiest" photoshoot, but we got the job done exactly like the client wanted. They were very happy with the end results and will be using them in upcoming marketing material.
