I recently completed a project with my good friend, Wells Mason of Builders FirstSource and Ironwood Industries.
This was a unique project in that it's a ranch home in Poteet, TX. The home is owned by Torrey & Ed Carleton of San Antonio. Torrey is the executive director of that AIA San Antonio chapter and has a good relation with Wells.
This a very special place to Ed & Torrey. The home is actually a log cabin that was rebuilt after being moved from the San Antonio River Walk. Each room is uniquely decorated based on a theme the couple chose.
Wells help the owners pick new windows for the lower house by the pond. The supplier, Builders First Source, wanted to not only showcase the product, but also share the story of the cabin and how Well's fit into building their dream. This gave me the unique opportunity to take photos and create a short-story video. Take a look at some of the results:
